We 'TrustyPhoineBox' reserve our rights for the safety and reputation of the 'TrustyPhoineBox' printed card, and the 'TrustyPhoineBox' online directory.
We will refuse, remove and refund where necessary, any advertisers that cause complaints or do not hold to a reasonable high standard of trading.
We accept no responsibility for claims made by advertisers, works carried out or services provided.
We have the right to refuse an advert based on legality, suitability and appropriateness for all our publications.
All images provided by the advertiser are accepted by us on the understanding that they are copyright-free.
It is the advertiser’s responsibility to acquire any necessary permission for the use of any images, logos, photos, trade logos, clip art or any other content that is used in their advertisement.
We only offer ONE free advert design. An initial design with up to two proof amends is FREE.
All subsequent amendments, no matter how small, may incur a nominal charge. It is the advertiser’s responsibility to check the supplied advertisement to ensure all aspects of it are correct.
You will be expected to approve your advert each time we amend your artwork. This reduces the likelihood of any errors in your artwork.
No responsibility will be taken by us for any errors subsequently identified (i.e. after copy approval). It is the advertiser’s sole responsibility to advise us of any changes needed by the relevant copy deadline.
Unless different terms have been otherwise agreed upon, for future advertising we will not be able to place your ad if we do not have approved artwork and agreement in advance of the next deadline.
We retain the copyright of any artwork that has been designed or amended by the TrustyPhoneBox.
We will submit a final copy of any artwork to you for final proofreading and approval. Once approved by the Client, the Client will accept full responsibility for the accuracy of the content.
The positioning of advertisements is usually in alphabetical order, or at the discretion of the publisher, except where a specifically requested placement has been agreed upon.
We give no guarantee of the level of response to advertisements etc. Responses are affected by economic circumstances/ the types of services offered / The area / the numbers, / standards & prices offered by you or your competitors offering similar goods and services in the area.
We shall not be liable for any costs or damages if for any reason the advertisement is not published.
This is a home provider and business directory and not a public announcement board for someone's personal views. All advertising must be business-related only and abide to our terms of conditions. We reserve the right to refuse any adverts or customers who use or try to use the TrustyPhoneBox platform for their own personal political and religious views, identity agendas, sex, relationships, or fundamentalist and extremist views.
We Will Also Not Tolerate Any Slander, Hate, Harassment or Defamation In Any Way.
We guarantee to produce the correct amount as agreed upon.
On an average 5000 print run, we guaranteed a minimum house-to-house distribution to 3000 homes and businesses within the selected area, with a minimum of 1000 placed between several business outlets within the area for people to pick up free of charge, especially in locations where it is hard to distribute.
The rest of the copies will be distributed amongst the advertisers within the card to hand out to all their customers using it as a recommended trade reference.
We reserve the right to refuse future advertisements if payment is not received according to our terms and conditions, or if an advertiser is deemed not to be appropriate/beneficial for inclusion in our publications.
Unless different terms have been otherwise agreed upon, for future advertising we will not be able to place your ad if we do not have full payment and agreement in advance of the next deadline.
All adverts must be paid in full before print.
Once an agreement has been set, payments will be collected according to the type of agreement.
Once payment has been made, no changes to the agreement can be made unless agreed upon.
To book or reserve an ad space in the printed TrustyPhoneBox, you must fill out the booking form to be added to the list. It works on a first come first served basis. We can't accept phone calls as a booking request.
Payment: No payment is needed until the design is complete and agreed upon. (Signed Off)
Full payment is payable before submitting it for print.
It is FREE to book and reserve a space, no payment is needed until design is complete.
Refund Policy: If for any reason you are unhappy with any of our services we will offer you a reasonable and fair refund, based on the reason and seriousness of your complaint.
Re-advertising in the TrustyPhoneBox card.
We work on a first come first served basis. Once an advertiser has taken a category or business type within an area, they will remain in that spot within that area until they either resign their advert or are refused by us due to 'break of contract', legal issues, or under the right to refuse based on legality, suitability and appropriateness for all our publications, or not holding to a reasonable high standard of trading as set out in our terms of conditions.
Our Fair Share Policy
An advertiser has taken a category or business type within their area and remains in that spot within their area until they either resign their advert or is refused by us (see above). We give the advertiser the right to choose to be placed in neighbouring areas on a first-come-served basis, however, we also reserve the right to refuse future advertisements in neighbouring areas to allow new local advertisers to have a fair share in the TrustyPhoneBox card.
You agree to abide by all our terms and not hold us responsible for any disagreement of your conditions.
